What payment methods are accepted?

Hedymartinelli.con accepts the following payment methods:

  • PayPal. If you want to pay with your PayPal account, at the end of the order process, you will be redirected to the PayPal site. Here you can log in with your PayPal account and confirm the payment. In a few minutes, the payment will then be registered in our system, and the order can be processed. With Paypal payment, the invoice amount will be charged to your account immediately after order confirmation. You can pay with PayPal by credit card.
  • Credit card. We accept the following cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express. Credit card information is not stored by us but is only transmitted encrypted. Your credit card details are encrypted with an SSL key – which guarantees a high level of security and a secure purchase. Thanks to this high level of security, your purchase on our site is safe.
  • Bank transfer. Hedy Martinelli to meet everyone’s needs has also chosen to activate the possibility of payment by bank transfer. The reason must contain the reservation number followed by the name of the jewel purchased (eg Order No. 0000000 – STAD Ring). The order will start as soon as we collect the transfer.

Are purchases on hedymartinelli.com made safely?

On hedymartinelli.com, every purchase is made with maximum security thanks to the use of servers certified to implement the most cryptographic services (ssl). We only use secure connections, as shown by the url prefix “https” and the padlock symbol that appears in the browser’s address bar.

To make your purchases by credit card in complete safety, for each order you will be asked to enter the cvv code.

When will my credit card be charged?

As soon as the order is completed, the charge will be made immediately. An email will be sent automatically with the update of the order status from pending payment to being processed.

Why was my payment declined?

If you are notified that your credit or debit card or the payment method you have chosen has been declined, contact your bank or payment provider.

Before proceeding:

  • Make sure the card details or payment information you entered are correct. For example, check that the provided 16-digit code is correct and that you have selected the right card type
  • Verify that the 3 or 4-digit security code is correct
  • Check that your credit card hasn’t expired

How can I proceed with the return of an order?

You have the option to return a purchase within 15 days from the date of delivery or collection (in reference to Legislative Decree 206/2005). The shipping cost for the return is charged to the customer. For more information on our return policy and the products that can be returned, please consult our return policy.

To make a return, proceed as follows:

  1. Fill out the online return form by clicking on “Returns”.
  2. Wait for the “return procedure start” confirmation from our customer service.
  3. As soon as you receive the “start of return procedure” confirmation, place the items in a well-packed box. Please make sure the returned items are returned in their original condition.

Can I receive the refund on a different credit card than the one used for the order?

For security reasons we cannot refund to a different card than the one of the purchase.

When will i get my refund?

Your return will be processed within 5-7 working days from the receipt of the items by the Hedy Martinelli team.
Once the return is accepted, the refund will be issued within 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail once the refund has been made.

the time required to process the refund may vary depending on the payment method used:

  • credit card: our bank will refund you within 7 working days from the confirmation e-mail of acceptance of the return. the time it takes to restore the credit on your account depends on the issuer of your credit card.
  • paypal: the refund on your paypal account will be visible within 24 hours of the return acceptance confirmation e-mail.
  • bank transfer: the refund will be made by bank transfer to the bank account indicated in the return form. the refund will be visible on your account within 10 working days from the e-mail confirming acceptance of the return.
